What is the return policy?
The only returns we will allow is an exchange because something doesn’t fit properly or as expected. We need to know in the first 24 hours, and you will need to cover the cost to return it to us. We will cover the cost to get it back to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
What is the instagram challenge?
Instagram challenge: let us post a picture of you in underwear you bought from clouds market and get a 50% on the next underwear you purchase from us. You can tag us or email us the picture.
Any submissions to the instagram feed for a discount or otherwise can be made by tagging the instagram or emailing the submission to us. Please let us know to whom to give the discount.
What if I have issues with my order? Or I need to get it delivered same day or even with in the hour? Is there any direct contact information?
Absolutely. You can call or text 786-6975988 or email pete@cloudsbodega.com. The original shipping flat rate is $15. If your request requires additional shipping costs, you will have to cover it, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Also, it’s never a bad idea to reach out to us about an order if you haven’t heard from us after a while. We are here for you and want your experience to be a positive one.
